We seek a Web Developer & User Experience Specialist to join our creative team and make a strong impact on the design and development of the OkCupid website. You will be improving the presentation, layout, visual appearance, and usability of the most popular dating site on the web by constructing and maintaining pages and generating compliant HTML and CSS. 

You should know:

* How to design awesome, easy-to-use web pages 
* XHTML 
* CSS 
* Javascript 
* svn (or any version control) 
* the UNIX command line (or at least be familiar with it) 
* that tables are for tabular data 
* what a grid is and why it's useful 
* that working for OkCupid is fun 

It'd be super if you know: 
* some C++ 
* color theory 
* the answer to life, the universe, and everything 
* how to turn the blue shell off in Mario Kart DS
