                                                      Web Developer

We’re looking for a midto senior level web developer who has a broad skill-set and likes learning new things. We’re a full-service marketing agency that focuses on helping non-profits. You’ll work with a small cross trained team of designers, writers, developers, user experience professionals to provide full solutions to clients.

You’ll spend the majority of your time building, consulting, deploying and maintaining websites, emails, and other digital media for our clients. You’ll need strong skills in standards compliant HTML/CSS and experience with CMS systems and email deployment. We work a lot with Drupal and Convio so if you have that as well, you’ll go to the top of the stack. You will need to prepare graphics for the web, so experience with the Adobe suite is necessary. Some experience setting up, and launching sites in a LAMP environment required. Some PHP experience is needed to build, troubleshoot and maintain solutions for our clients.

Additionally this role will help perform technical quality assurance and testing on our interactive products before deployment. Technical competence and knowledge of differences between browsers, email clients, and strong attention to detail is required.

You will need to function well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Previous agency experience is preferred. Projects can get complex so good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills are needed. If in addition to your current technical skills, you have a hunger and thirst for knowledge, are a self-starter and like solving technical problems, then we should talk.

Requirements

-2-5 years of experience as a web developer

-Expert standards compliant HTML/CSS skills

-Experience building and deploying HTML emails

-Proficient with PHP

-Proficient with JavaScript, JQuery preferred

-2+ Years developing CMS based sites.

-Drupal, Convio, Kintera experience preferred

-Experience with LAMP stack, SVN, SSH

Education

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent years of work experience
