The Position:

Web Application Developer

Vest Advertising, a fast growing, marketing and public relations firm, located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a creative and motivated Web Application Developer.  You will be part of a team that designs and builds web solutions for its diverse client base.   A passion for new technologies and a drive to find better ways to produce interactive online content is key.

Requirements:

•  Bachelors of Science preferred (BS) or equivalent

•  HTML, CSS, PHP, and MYSQL experience

•  Wordpress, Magento, Drupal experience a plus

•  Familiar with object oriented languages (Ruby on Rails, Xcode, Objective C) a plus

• Experience with 3rd party API integration and social web development

• 3+ years experience in working on websites

• Experience with source control systems like SVN and git a plus

• Community awareness (online resources, frameworks, etc)

• A portfolio of projects and code you are excited to showcase
