Hi, I have a number of businesses and create my own sites. I use Adobe Web Premium CS4 - and likely to move to CS5 soon - and know enough to get myself into trouble!

I am looking for someone who can provide ad-hoc paid for advice - based on an agreed hourly rate and delivered over the phone or via email - to overcome specific hurdles and point me at the root of the problem and to the solution; as opposed to me having to search through a ton of postings, Adobe's omissions or sit through three hours at lynda.com. 

Therefore I am looking for someone with strong skills and experience with Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash.

I am more interested in implementation rather than creative skills but from someone used to working within a visual rather than purely coding environment.

I am based in the UK but happy to work with anyone based in Continental Europe or East Coast USA etc.  Thanks  Nigel
