Mixamo is an exciting, VC funded, early stage web startup in 3D animation space. We have a great team consisting of engineers, 3D artists, computer graphics scientists, and successful entrepreneurs. This is a contract position, but we are looking to establish a long term relationship for future projects.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Conceptualize and evolve the visual design and layout of online ads and marketing materials

·         Work collaboratively with product team to produce effective and useful web site content, including landing pages and other CMS content

·         Create visual designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design / Digital design or other closely related field

·         Must have a great eye for creative conceptualization and the ability to execute against a strategic direction

·         Experienced in typography and layout design

·         Knowledge of latest web standards and technologies 

Specific Skills:

·         2-3 years experience in both web and interactive design 

·         Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash  

·         Experience in online advertising 

·         Ability to build and change websites (coding & design functions) a plus!

·         Familiar with various advertising formats, including display ads & video ads

·         Familiar with various ad networks and advertisers 

·         Desire to work in a fast paced environment 

·         Must be able to work 10-20 hours a week, with a flexible schedule and remote work possible, local candidates preferred.
