Killer short-term project, in an amazing winter location.  If you love to work hard and then play hard on the slopes, show us what you've got.  We're looking for a stellar Flash designer/Actionscript developer to join our team from mid-December until late January, preferably on-site (though we're mildly open to remote if you knock our socks off).

We're a small team, with a passion for building great products and amazing user experiences.  We don't require a pedigree, don't care if you're 19, and aren't all that interested in an impressive resume.  We know what really matters, and we're looking for someone to create with us... not just wait to see the spec and burn the clock 'coding'.

You need a portfolio of insanely good commercial work that's super tight, with great animation and crazy efficient code.  You should be really well rounded in Flash, including design & animation, as well as frontend development that seamlessly integrates into a CMS.  The current project is for a national client and has an agressive timeline, but you'll be involved from the ground up, and will play a major role in deciding scope.  We will add junior developers to the team, as needed, but you should be ready to take the lead.
