Customer Service Representatives
We are seeking Call Center Customer Service

Representatives. Call Center
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:

Answering inbound customer calls related to billing, account

maintenance,
customer service questions, requests for service, etc.
Placing outbound calls to customers.
Resolving account service issues and responding to

customer inquiries
promptly and effectively .
Identifying customer needs to effectively answer questions,

resolve issues
or direct to appropriate department.
Accurately enter data into computer system.
To be considered you need to meet the following

requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (AT LEAST)
No experience needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Weekend and evening availability for some positions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Status: Full-time, Part-time
$19 an hour to start.
