The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong portfolio of vector illustrations with Adobe Illustrator. Additional design skills to illustration such as Photoshop experience, design abilities, sound design, Flash animation are helpful, but irrelevant if illustrations are not high quality. A self motivated, hard working individual will be selected to work closely with a design and illustration team. As a social game illustrator you will be responsible for quickly creating a wide variety of vector art (adapting to our game style) to be used in our games which reach millions of people daily. We are not looking for a digital painter as all art is Illustrator vector work used in Flash. Yearly salary depends on experience, talent, skill.

Required Qualifications: 

* ONLINE PORTFOLIO REQUIRED

* Expert at Adobe Illustrator, familiar with Photoshop, UI design, game design, sound design, Flash animation a big plus (not using flash as primary illustration tool.) 

* Has a designer's eye to make judgement calls on what looks good in a variety of style/theme situations.

* Has a do whatever it takes attitude as our industry does not work regular hours and we may have short deadlines. 

* Must work on site as we collaborate closely with teams and priorities could change daily
