Speck Products designs, manufactures, and sells awesome, fun, and expertly engineered cases for iPhone, iPad, iPod, MacBook, and many other portable devices. We thrive on style and personality to keep our culture fresh and positive.

 We are looking for a Front End Web Developer for production and design work. In this position, you will help create graphics, code, and interactive landing pages for our website and online marketing programs.  You will also work with us in continuing to improve our website, development process and marketing efforts, and efficiently deliver your best possible work.

Requirements:

• Solid and current understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Accurately convert visual designs into working web pages (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Ability to come up with your own creative ideas.
• Capacity for focus, and for keeping track of time spent on work, and prioritizing that work.
• Understanding of basic web server administration, DNS, SSL certificates, and other web server technologies.
• Ability to design and code websites based in Magento, Expression Engine and similar frameworks.
• Developing promotional assets including banner ads, skins, and related graphics and web pages.
• Appreciation and an eye for layout and typography a plus.
• A sense of humor. This is vital.
