We're seeking individuals who are up to the challenge of building these products while focusing on performance optimization (both back- and front-end), reusability, best practices and good architecture. 

Qualifications:

·         3+ years experience in web development

·         Experience leading multiple person teams

·         Ability to lead multiple projects at once

·         Good communication skills

·         Semantic HTML, efficient Javascript, advanced CSS skills

·         Experience developing dynamic AJAX web user interfaces

·         Solid understanding of DOM manipulation with and without libraries

·         Experience with .Net C# MVC or a similar platform is a plus

·         Portfolio of your ability to delivery AJAX/JavaScript/DHTML user experiences
