The Lead Web Designer will report to the Professional Services Director and will be responsible for designs, layouts, and serve as a creative solution provider. As a member of the creative department and working with the Creative team, you will provide feedback to designers, lead creative execution on key projects, and help strategically direct creative projects. You will also work with the Implementation staff and a Design Coordinator to provide timely updates on status of projects as well as help provide cost estimates on projects. Other responsibilities include directing clients on creative enhancements, providing creative solutions that are innovative and unique.

Main Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have a killer portfolio showing a passion for, and a thorough knowledge of, both Web and print. It’s essential to have proven experience with designing templates for large scale Content Management Systems. Exceptional concept skills are required as well as the ability to lead small creative teams on key projects. Must be an expert in Adobe suite and have extensive knowledge of design trends.

Responsibilities include: • Work with design team to execute trends-based marketing campaigns and carry campaign design across a variety of consumer touch points • Work on multiple projects, organize, and manage your time to meet deadlines • Communicate effectively with customers and Project Coordinators • Provide design elements, comps, templates, and finished designs • Work with Front-end developers to create design files and optimized graphics • Effectively reprioritize projects and work flow based on business needs • Collaborate and brainstorm with creative team in a positive manner • Provide feedback and art direction for all Affiniscape print collateral • Ensure all work produced is within brand guidelines • Assist with the evolution of the site and overall brand
