Tag Creative is an interactive agency rooted in Seattle.  We craft experiences that delight, inspire, and start conversations.  We're looking for experienced Web and Mobile QA Engineers to ensure a ridiculously high quality bar for each project launch.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, UI navigation and performance testing for web and mobile applications
• Write detailed bug reports and drive issues to appropriate resolution
• Work closely with developers and project management to resolves issues and share feedback
• Create, update and manage test cases to meet project needs
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed
• Collect, analyze and report quality metrics to management
• Support project deployments

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Web and/or Mobile QA Tester
• Ability to write compreshensive Test plans for team-wide distribution
• A demonstrated understanding of the development life cycle and how QA fits into the process
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Obsessive attention to detail

• Have proven experience writing code and/or with test automation
• Know their way around Photoshop
• Aren't afraid to speak up if product quality isn't high enough or a feature sucks
• Are eager to learn about new test tools and best practices
• Never met a deadline that scared them
