REAL BOSSES must have:

• Strong cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery skills (experience with fallbacks).
•  Excitable interest and experience in CREATIVE HTML5 and CSS3 with the ability to degrade impeccably. 
•  Knowledge of latest in Responsive Web Design techniques targeted to the mobile and tablet devices.
• Experience with integrating designs to PHP/MySQL backend systems.
• Great design sensibilities with a keen eye for detail and pixel perfect execution.
• Knowledge of AJAX/PJAX & JSON/JSONP is merited.
• Passion and desire to create the highest quality product and to continually stay at the forefront of the latest web technologies. A high level of self-management with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines. Great communication skills with a sense of humility and respect. Lastly and most importantly the ability to come up with memorable creative interactive solutions and the aptitude to share their own unique vision.
