• In a bid to open the classroom to the world, NoteWagon is a student-to-student learning platform that encourages users to help each other succeed academically.
• Covered by Mashable and Dragons' Den, NoteWagon is backed by notable Silicon Valley and Canadian investors.
• As Lead UX Designer, you will be creating mockups and prototypes for iterations of NoteWagon's web and mobile offerings with your colleagues in the Product Design and Engineering teams.
• Your work will have lasting impact on millions of students across North America. History will remember you as a key part of the nascent Education 2.0 movement worldwide.

Requirements

• Adobe Photoshop or Pixelmator
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Good design process (concept -> wireframes -> final product)

Nice To Have

• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript (modern MVVM/MVC, i.e. Backbone.js)
• Adobe Illustrator (or other vector tool)
• Building websites (bonus)

Experience

• Designing for the modern web
• Understanding user flow and good interface design
• Architecting wireframes from product specs
• Web typography
