I'm looking for freelance front end developer that I can rely on as needed for coding projects.

Must Haves Include:

• Experience hand coding
• Cross-Browser coding experience (IE 7+)
• Experience slicing your own PSDs
• A strong understanding of semantics and SEO coding
• An understanding of accessibility
• The ability to code using CSS grids such as Blueprint

Pluses Include:

• PSD to Word Press conversion
• HTML email coding experience
• Experience with JS libraries such as JQuery
• Familiarity with source control
• Familiarity with coding around MVC frameworks

It's important to me that you can hand code so send me a sample of something you have hand coded in addition to URLs of some of your work. I will be evaluating your code and will get back to those people who make the cut.
