Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Email Production Specialist to support our Production team.

We’re looking for an individual who learns fast, thrives on juggling lots of tasks, enjoys tracking details, displays a knack for prioritization, and keeps cool under deadline. The position requires superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with technology, email production, and the web.  Outstanding performance rewarded with opportunities for advancement.

 The responsibilities of the role include:

• Creation of HTML-based newsletters and email campaigns for clients, utilizing approved tools and templates, or in certain instances building communications from scratch
• Making content and/or design updates
• Completing graphic production tasks (slicing images, optimizing for email)

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following attributes/background:

• Experience managing, building, and executing emails from ExactTarget or other email delivery platforms
• Experience with Internet technology, HTML, CSS, XML, and logic-based scripting languages
• Experience with AMPScripting a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a schedule-driven, fast paced environment
• Ability to successfully set priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a dedicated team member
• Easy to work with
• Positive attitude
• Quick to learn
• Four year degree preferred
