We're looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team at Crimson. We are passionate about product design, but on a mission beyond look and feel. As a member of our multi-disciplinary UX team you will empower health care providers to transform quality of care with insightful products that engage and delight.

Embedded within a product team as a key stakeholder you will work alongside product managers and engineers to architect a compelling product that crushes established paradigms and humanizes the enterprise software experience through simplicity, affordance, and elegant style.

Requirements

• At least 4 years design experience
• Portfolio with evidence of modern web and interaction design projects
• Expertise in developing personas, information architecture, workflows, interaction models, wireframes, and mockups for complex products
• Mastery of an Adobe design product and prototyping software such as OmniGraffle or Axure
• Experience translating complex requirements into simple and engaging interfaces for web and or mobile applications
• Comfortable with a highly iterative design methodology that includes cultivating and managing feedback loops
• Capable of rapidly prototyping designs at varying levels of precision
• ranging from sketches to high fidelity mockups 
• User-centric mindset with collaboration skills that can deftly articulate your decisions 
• Acknowledges the limits and capabilities of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently 
• Demonstrated leadership abilities

Even Better

• Past experience in enterprise software and or healthcare 
• Experience conducting user research from contextual inquiry to guerrilla style usability testing 
• Deep curiosity for user experience and crafting products that delight
• Exceptional visual talent, every pixel counts
• Familiarity with The Lean Startup methodology and MVP
• Strong data visualization skills
