We had a great Authentic Jobs experience two months ago. We posted a Front-End Developer listing and something like 75 of you expressed interest. Wow - thank you!

From that listing we found and hired the absolutely amazing @CLZD and we also engaged the awesome @JoshuaSortino.

Real quick, about us...

Hopefully our name, JustFamily, says it all. We're helping families collect and share their memories away from the noise of other social networks. Web app. Mobile apps. Your family connected in the cloud through a beautiful user experience...you can imagine it right?

We're a 5 person team (with 2 other helpers...) based in Satellite Beach, FL. We recently closed on a $1.5M seed round. 

Let's talk about you...

You're at the center of the stack. Our incredible designer @alagoon dreams up the wonderful and then bosses pixels around. @CLZD and @JoshuaSortino layout and markup and do a bunch of the major interactions. But you really bring the magicsauce. You let us do some things that just totally delight. Not cheesy stuff. Elegant and beautiful stuff. The little details that make all the difference.

Some specifics:

• you are writing the book on backbone.js and/or spine.js -- seriously, you're the one the world is watching, you're out front
• require.js and node.js thrill you
• you sleepwalk jQuery and you fall out of bed all things AJAX
• you've got a full kit of HTML5 in your saddlebag and a Canvas bedroll
• you like sitting at the hot nexus of back-end and front-end
• you're cool as can be with ASP.NET MVC ("Razor" view engine)

Our cunning plan

We're building your family's home on the web. We think family needs it's own place. Facebook is great for friends, LinkedIn is great for work. But family is different.

We've spent the past year learning a ton from our beta users. They've given us a good bearing and we're now accelerating with confidence.  

We've partnered with a family-focused media company that reaches 10M unique users a month. We'll launch with their support when we're good and ready....and we're getting darn close.
