Napkin Drawn Strategy is looking for a UI/Web designer to help us bring wireframes to life with stunning, visual designs. We are a consulting firm that helps people, startups and organizations use design thinking, product marketing, and customer acquisition to get shit done. 

We're just starting out, but currently have 3-4 projects that require web UI design. We're looking for a designer with a strong understanding of how to drive conversion on the web. We need help getting these projects done, and would love to build a long-term partnership at the same time.
