We're a fast-paced, creative, software startup team that builds software to help small business. We strive to make the user experience with any touch points related to our company as intuitive and well designed as possible. Great design is near and dear to our hearts.

We have already developed a product, inFlow Inventory, for small businesses that's #1 in its class with 300,000+ installs in 60 countries. But, we don’t want to stop there. We’re continually looking for ways to make the software and our marketing collateral even better.

That’s where you come come in. We’re looking for a creative rockstar to help us with design and user experience related projects from time to time.

About the Position

In general, our company needs help with web and graphic design work.

More specifically, tasks will include things such as:

• re-designing a page or two on our website to improve the marketing message that we want to convey
• design and layout for our email newsletter, blog, online PDF brochures/guidebook, etc.
• help establishing the tone and aesthetics aspects on the promo and tutorial videos for the software product
• help execute on the design aspects of promotional and wacky ideas for engaging our user community
• become the gatekeeper on what looks good that will be seen by our users
• experience with HTML and CSS is a big asset but not a necessity

We expect the workload to be about 12 hours per week (depending on the project) which can take place at home or at our beautiful Toronto office.

As a requirement, you must be based in Toronto/GTA and be able to come to our office from time to time to discuss project requirements (no international applicants please!

You should have:

• expert skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• working experience in the design field
• an awesome portfolio
• excellent sense of style and aestheticscreativity - be more creative than us!
