Who we are

We are a young (and small) creative and software company based in Portland, Oregon, with a startup culture and a great studio on SE Hawthorne. We're hiring three web developers for a six month engagement, with potential for a permanent position. If you're into the ground floor tech scene, and like to start your mornings with a dose of TechCrunch, we want you on the team.

Who you are (hopefully)

We're looking for someone who can start immediately who loves developing for web applications, can handle critical development and testing requirements, isn't afraid of deadlines, and likes contributing to a team environment. You have:

• An excellent knowledge of web application (not just website) development using HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and browser technology

• Very strong math skills and performance testing abilities

• A love of web standards

• An ability to translate a design into semantic markup and CSS with pixel perfection

• A good working knowledge of PHP, XML and SQL

You must be based in Portland and willing to work from our office, although we're potentially open to remote work for the right individual.

We're not a fan of long job descriptions that say you have to do everything at the company and never go home, but we know the difference between good and great. You should be great.
