Looking for an on-call, freelance, back-end developer to join an Albuquerque-based, startup, web agency with a lot of potential. We're a virtual company now, but we're growing FAST so if you're a good fit, this could turn into a full-time, remote position - if that's something you're interested in - or on-location.

Mad Skills Required

• Immediate availability
• Experience with advanced web applications
• Experience with complex, back-end architectures
• Server-side afficianado
• Comfortable with self-direction - we don't have one of you, so we're taking your word you know what you're doing
• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and/or skype calls and helping mold ideas into reality
• We'd like someone with 4+ steady years of experience, but if you're just a natural-born wiz at this stuff, we'll take it.
