As Engagement Manager, you architect the overall relationship with clients. You’re the conduit between business development and delivery, managing multiple project managers, as well as a cross-functional team of software engineers and UX designers to deliver Apple-quality work.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Deep management experience. You have 5+ years of proven Engagement Manager industry experience, as you’ll be managing $5M+ accounts from the pre-sale process through delivery.

Hands-on Agile delivery experience. You preferably come from a technical background, or have the fluency to present a project’s technical aspects.

Skilled communication leadership. You’ll manage multi-disciplined/cross-functional teams, who you’ll coordinate to deliver work on time and within budget for our clients. You grasp both the creative and the technical, innately understanding how engineering and design work together.

Familiarity with Project Management tools. You’ll use tools like Jira/GreenHopper, BaseCamp, and Google Apps to better run processes.

Provide consultative value and strategy to clients. You work with clients even before they’re officially our clients - developing strategy to lead our discovery phase to find the best use of mobile. You’ll use an ideal balance of experience with mobile development, enterprise IT integration, and deployment to provide a well-rounded perspective in building client relationships.
