Key Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in PHP and MySQL
• JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 proficiency
• MVC & OOP knowledge
• Source versioning experience (Git or SVN)
• Proven experience in building scalable, consumer-facing/enterprise-class websites

Other Technical Skills (nice-to-have):

• CakePHP, Codeigniter, or Symfony PHP framework experience preferred
• Linux server management skills are a big plus, so is MySQL database administration expertise
• Wordpress knowledge would be useful as we have a number of Wordpress sites

General Requirements:

• Very reliable and a team player
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and capable of juggling multiple projects/components simultaneously
• "Jack-of-all-trades" attitude, willing to do or learn what it takes to get the job done.
• Prior participation in open source projects would be nice
• Takes pride in writing clean, well-commented code - open to peer code reviews (and willing to do them for others on the team)

A sense of humor is always a plus, too!

Location: Someone in or near Denver is preferred, but for the right candidate we will consider a remote position.
