Some candidate requirements:

-           A portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic

-           Strong conceptual abilities

-           Expert-level in Photoshop and Illustrator

-           Proficiency in Dreamweaver and comfortable in After Effects, Flash, and/or 3D applications like Cinema 4D is a bonus

-           Knowledge of designing for HTML5/CSS3 preferred, but basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Actionscript usage, capabilities and limitations is mandatory for any digital design roles

-           A passion for creating emotionally-resonant designs

-           Ability to work in a team and alone; learn and mentor, alternately

-           BFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts or related, and/or equivalent work experience
