If using JavaScript, CSS and AJAX to develop great, innovative web experiences is your passion, we want to talk to you! You will design and implement highly interactive and complex user interfaces across devices. You will help solve challenging problems for our users by building great solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven developer who can work with minimal oversight in cross-functional teams with project managers, art directors, designers, User Experience professional and back-end software engineers. You will design and implement efficient, reusable and flexible UI components using object-oriented JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery and HTML. You will tackle challenges of fixing browser-specific problems and site speed issues. You will have end-to-end product ownership from design to implementation, including the responsibilities for code roll-out and responding to client requests. You should have strong experience working on agile and dynamic application development.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1    3+ years in web development using HTML (4&5), JavaScript and CSS

2    You must be fluent in JavaScript and CSS and well versed in libraries such as JQuery and JQuery mobile

3    You have good experience and understanding of AJAX, object-oriented JavaScript, DOM and XML

4    You have good knowledge of problems and solutions for cross browser compatibility

5    You have good knowledge of techniques for improving performance of the web pages and web applications

6    You have experience in mobile web development using HTML5

7    You must be able to code according to varying levels of specifications created by UI and UX Designers in order to create mock-ups, prototypes and final product releases

8    You must be able to work in highly interactive design cycles

9    You have experience with object-oriented programming methodologies

10    You need to have good analytical and problem solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills

11    Experience with Eclipse, Aptana and/or Dreamweaver

12    Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite

13    Experience with PHP and MySQL is desired

14    Experience with iOS and / or Android development a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1    BS or higher degree required

2    Preferred degree in computer science or related field

3    5+ years experience in software development

4    4+ years experience developing web user interfaces

5    Experience leading small development teams
