About the position

You will be developing and maintaining our suite of Internet Sites and Services, using an array of modern web technologies. You will work with people from all facets of the company to find creative solutions to complex problems.

• Craft simple, well-designed products and experiences
• Work closely with developers and designers on the product team
• Design visual elements, flows and compelling user interactions

Who are we looking for?

You should advocate for end users, desire to create new things, like to solve problems creatively, and be passionate about your work. You understand how users interact with products in order to make them better and believe user experience is a shared responsibility that involves analysis, design and development. 

• A strong portfolio is highly recommended
• 3+ years of professional / personal experience in user interface design
• Associate degree or higher in graphic or digital media design is a plus

• HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Web Standards
• Frameworks like jQuery are a bonus
• Experience integrating with rails would be great
