Front-End Web Developer

On Ideas is an award winning creative agency in Jacksonville, FL.  Our ideas span digital, social, traditional & mobile media.  On Ideas is looking for a front-end developer with an excellent eye for design, and a passion for user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hand-coding HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Write code that pushes the limits of modern browsers, while degrading gracefully in older ones (CSS3, HTML5)
• Troubleshoot HTML and CSS in different browsers.
• Create HTML emails.
• Create and animate Flash banners for various clients.

Skills:

• Must have a team mentality.
• Experience with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, Flash and other UI technologies.
• Understanding of Wordpress CMS.
• Understanding of back-end frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, responsive manner.
• Strong understanding of visual design.
• Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Bonus Points:

• Experience using ASP, ASP.Net, JSP, or other server side languages and/or frameworks.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design.
• Mobile app and/or web development.
• Experience using Mobile frameworks like Phonegap
