Have been searching for this video tape for some time. Was hoping to find it in DVD format to no avail. My mom gave me a VCR so I decided to purchase this used tape. It is blurry but fine. I suspect its age has something to do with it being blurry. Anyway, I am thrilled to have it. I know the routine and that helps me to get up and just do it. Thanks, Amazon.

| I am over 65 years old and have been using Jane Fonda's Beginning Workout tape periodically for approximately 20 years. I just recently found out about this "Jane Fonda's New Workout (1986)" tape and ordered a used copy. Two weeks after receiving this VHS tape I played it once to observe it, the 2nd time I exercised with it; however, the 3rd time I tried to use it the VHS machine kept immediately ejecting it. So, I thought perhaps I forgot to rewind it. (I put a different VHS tape in the machine which worked fine.) I tried rewinding the Jane Fonda VHS tape on a VHS rewinder machine to no avail. Obviously the Jane Fonda VHS tape mechanism was shot after the 2nd usage. I paid over $15.00 for this tape which was advertised as "very good, like new." So, what do I do with this unusable VHS tape. I am retired and on a set income with limited funds. |

| I USED THIS VIDEO OVER 20 YEARS AGO TO STAY TRIM AND FIT. I WAS EXCITED WHEN I FOUND I COULD GET STILL. I AM NOW DOING IT AGAIN AND HAVE LOST OVER 10 LBS IN 3WEEKS. THE ROUTINES ARE STILL THE BEST. |

| In the late eighties I was an aerobics fanatic. I tried so many different videos it was ridculous. This Jane Fonda work out was the absolute best. I used it for years. I thought it was thorough, covered all the body parts and the results were an overall slimming of the entire body without bulking up any part of my body. During my jogging phase, I noticed that my legs got bulky, which I didn't like. This work out starts with warms ups, aerobics that are intense, floor work to stretch and strengthen legs, tummy and everything else and a good cool down that you are very grateful for. I always felt really good after these workouts and very proud of myself. I am now rededicating myself to a daily workout schedule and the first thing that came to mind was this video. I will start with the beginners version and work myself up to the advanced. It is so good it's almost ridiculous!! |
