| I was severely disappointed. It was the most pricey headset I ordered and it did not work. No one could hear me and I could barely hear them. I will not buy anything with the name Plantronics again. |

| I use this daily and the wire (inside not visible) is making intermittent contact so the callers voice cuts in and out. It only lasted 3 months so though I liked it very much for the price it isn't durable, and if it can't be used then what is it worth really? initial impressions can be deceiving. |

| I hate the blue tooth headsets and always opt for these corded headsets...this one by Plantronics is super, the best one I ever had...and I am extremely picky....buy it! |

This item is far superior to every bluetooth device on the market .
It sits on the ear rather than uncomfortably in it. The audio is excellent, I never get comments from the people that I call that I sound as if I am in a tunnel. Instead they say that it sounds as if I am standing next to them. It doesn't need charging. Its comfortable and works better than anything else.
