| We have used it for making hummus and shredding up cheeses and potatoes lately and it has handled all jobs beautifully. We are grateful to have it and would buy more anytime we need one. I would recommend it to anyone. |

| This is the perfect replacement for my trusty old DLC-7 Cuisinart, which I used for at least 20 years. All my old attachments work with this new model, which is essentially the same machine. I love it. |

| Larger feed tube than the Kitchen-Aid. Seems well-built and adequately powered. Good price-performance ratio. Only comes with 2 big blades, a medium shred and 4mm slice. Also chopper and dough mixer. Fairly easy to clean. I really just don't use it that much. |

| My old Cuisinart finally broke apart so I got this new one. I read lots of reviews before purchasing. I have found only good and better things about my new model. Maybe having used a Cuisinart for so long made it easier for me to handle the locking mechanism than someone who is new to Cuisinart. The work bowl is bigger than my old one and it makes bread mixing much easier. The feed tube is bigger, too, and makes adding ingredients much more comfortable for me. The machine is heavier and more substancial than my old one. I'm so glad to have this new addition to my cook's kitchen! |
