| I went with this item based on previous reviews. When I got it, I was very happy with the quality of the sound. However, when I put it on this morning to get on a call, the headband snapped in two. Today is exactly 6 months since I purchased the headset. |

| Virtually every other brand of headset I tried was too low. I simply could not hear the other party. This set works. The headband is a little tight but at least they work. |
