| This product had a great design and probably works well. Unfortunately, even though it was advertised that it would work with the Motorola model that I have, as soon as you plug in the earpiece, it assumes you are talking. So it didn't work. I did return it for a full refund. That was a great feature. No problems there. |

| I bought this for my hubby, so he can communicate while out and about on the ranch. He won't wear it because he doesn't like the way it fits his ear. So there it sits in the drawer. At least it didn't cost that much. It does work with our Sam's Club walkie-talkies. |

| My wife and I use this headset and we are both pleased with them. This headset is comfortable and the lower hinge keeps it tight and comfortable on the ear. After hours of use, I don't notice I have this on at all VS a smashing sensation with some other headsets. It also fits comfortable under both our masks (Vforce Shield and JT Spectra) and over the ear speaker doesn't noticeably obstruct ambient sound critical in stalking other players in airsoft and/or woodsball. The only thing that could be make this better is if it had a push to talk (PTT) button to help make it more accessible. I still gave it a 5 star rating because of the great price, and it does what is says. But if you really want a PTT button, maybe something would be better. As for my wife and I, we just modified our outfits so our radios are more accessible, and are happy with our purchase. |

| The product is not usable as it has the wrong size plug. I needed 1/8th and it came with a 3/32nd. The ad discription was incomplete as it failed to indicate what size plug it came with |
