Having gone through far too many cd players as a music on hold source, this was just what we had been looking for. Set-up was very easy and the software is also fairly easy to use.
If you are shopping around for this product watch for the amount of built in memory. It seems that the earlier release had 16mb built in and then they went to 64mb. The model number and other features remained the same (as far as I know) and there are a number of places that are still selling the original version with less memory. If you want the 64mb version just make sure that's what they are advertising or you might be in for a surprise when you get it.
The only problem so far is that it has been several weeks and we still have not received the customized greeting. Other than that this would have been 5 stars. |

| these onhold machines are easy to use and easy to install messages to. we use strictly the sd ram attachement so we can mail the same message to 6 branchs. |

I have two of the OHP6000 units in production and they have been working reliably and running without interruption for over two years. I am about to buy another for a third MOH source. My only criticism is that I wish they were stackable.
The music it comes with is very appropriate for professional business use, which means nothing edgy or "out there". You can reprogram or expand the program by inserting an SD flash chip. |

The item pictured is the 6000 series and this item model reads "MOH 500e" - There is a HUGE difference between the 2 models.
