Doesn't work with Touch 2g: Rating: 1/5
After reading the reviews i thought that this would work with my ipod touch 2g, however it is incompatiable, i tested it just to make sure for 4 hours and it didn't work. I instead went with a USB charger that works will all ipods; its made by duracell, plus you get the batteries and a car charger. Why can't all companies make products as intutive as duracell's. Here is the description for those shoppers out there, Duracell Mobile Charger CEF23DX4N.

Does not work of iPod Touch: Rating: 1/5
This product does not work with the new iPod Touch. NO WAY, it maybe ok for other iPod's but do not waste your time if you have the new iPod Touch.

Works great and just as advertised: Rating: 5/5
I bought this battery pack for my wife's iTouch, specifically for long plane rides where the internal battery pack won't suffice while watching movies. The Maxell battery pack gave us about 8 or 9 hours of extra video time, which was just a little less than I was expecting, but still great. So with the extra 8 hours we were able to watch video for a total of about 13 hours. And just to reinforce what others have said, this battery pack does NOT charge your iTouch internal battery. It is simply an external power source.

great product: Rating: 5/5
This is a great product. It is great for plane rides and long trips and anytime you need to watch a video ipod for long stretches of time. It has saved me on numerous occasions. I now have two, one for each kid.

Power to spare: Rating: 5/5
I stuck in 4 rechargeable AA's in there and don't have any idea how long the power lasts. Never even come close. Plenty for loooong trips.
