| We discovered this terrific product after months of trying other units. I had a Samsung that worked pretty good but the plastic ear hooks broke off almost immediately. I bought an Emerson at a discount store. It worked pretty good but I lost it. Later, my parents decided to buy me a Bluetooth and asked me to pick one out. We had heard good reports on the Motorola models sold by Amazon, but decided to go with the Plantronics. It looks good and works very well. It stays on my ear! It excels whenever there is background noise and it pairs well with my Motorola KRZR phone. Sometimes it will lose connection if I cover over the phone with my hand or arm. People on the other end of the conversation say that it's clear and free of static or noises most of the time. I was using a Motorola hands-free type Bluetooth in my car, but the quality was lousy. If you get out of range with the 510, it will automatically re-connect to the cell phone if you don't wait too long. My dad ended up buying all of us the Plantronics Voyager 510 and we are satisfied. I recommend the 510 to anyone who needs a good unit for a fair price. |

I had this headset before and I loved it. I had it for a long time however it finally started getting really hard to charge as the point of entry was getting pushed in and the charger wasn't making contact.
It's comfortable, affordable and people sound fine on it and I believe I sound fine to them too! |

I read all these reviews for this earpiece and had great hopes for it. the LG I tried a couple of years ago had really poor sound quality and was very uncomfortable, so I've stayed away from bluetooth headsets. When I read the reviews on the 510 I thought this has got to be better. Well while the headset is very comfortable, the sound is very muffled. I'm returning mine. If you decide to order one I hope you have better luck.

| I bought this due to the good reviews on this website and have had numerous complaints from business associates and family that my voice is muffled and hard to hear with this headset. I have had better success with my cheaper Motorola. |

Overall the voyager 510 is a good product. clear transmission, no complaints from my clients who are at the other end. The 510 stays charge for quite some time.
The downside is the earpiece which is enourmous and it's difficult to put on if you are wearing your sunglasses. |
