| True: there are fakes which come in plastic bags, non oem packaging, so beware.. there are websites that review the fakes and what to look for so do your googling first! I can say that the ones in the plastic retail box packaging are the real ones, the look almost identical except for tiny things, one major - the plastic bag vs plastic boxed packaging. |

| We are happy with the headphones. The issue we had was with shipping. The description said the item would be shipped same day purchased... It took 3 weeks or so to get the item. Also, we never received shipping information for us to know when to expect to receive the item. Again happy with the product, not happy with the process. |
