Spicy lobster? Not impressed.: Rating: 2/5
I ordered the spicy lobster flavored noodle.
I was really disappointed.
Nothing in the soup reminded me of anything close to lobster (or any seafood) when I tried it.
The soup had a strong "fried" noodle taste as if they put too much oil when cooking the noodle.
It was however really spicy as the name suggested.
I did make efforts to try it a couple of more times later but it didn't get any better for me.
So...if you are going to buy nong shih noodle, you should probably try some other flavor.

Beef and Ginger Noodle bowl: Rating: 5/5
I was hesitant about trying these because of the 'spicy factor', but I bought them anyway. They're spicy, but it's not a lingering spicy like with a chili based sauce. They're sweet and spicy and are better than any ramen I've tried yet.It has little bits of beef and mushrooms, and not a lot of other veggies, but it's wonderful none the less.I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for something a little higher quality than the Top Ramen or Maruchan Ramen.

Beef & Ginger is a great choice if you're looking for something not too spicy: Rating: 5/5
Fear not, this one (Beef & Ginger) is not as spicy as their other flavors. It's especially delicious with three to four slices of thin deli style roast beef and a handful of sugar snap peas added. The sugar snap peas stay crunchy and the sweetness complements the saltiness of the soup. I've also tried it with thinly sliced crimini mushrooms. The flavor packet is very high in sodium so my husband and I usually don't consume the soup after all the noodles are gone. Great to have on hand when you want something fast, easy to fix, economical, and don't feel like cooking!

Used to taste good: Rating: 1/5
This soup used to be good, recently cca 6 months ago or so something changed, now it tastes terrible and so salty that I cannot finish it. I tried to use 1/2 bag of flavor but it still tastes horrible and still salty. I do not know what they did to this soup.

good spicy noodles: Rating: 4/5
this noodle is surprisingly tasty. though it advertise as spicy but i don't think it is that spicy more like mild to me.
