| I am using this daily for conference calls I make. Its sound quality is very good without booming noise at all. It was shipped on time and its price was very attractive compared to other headsets. Only minor problem I saw was then the sponge ear piece cover look a little bit weak with a few tiny holes seen when it is stretched to fit the ear piece. I thnk this is a minor issue. I use it with my home wireless phones and it works just great. Overall, I am very happy with this product and I recommend this to everyone. |

| At first blush it seems like a decent unit but in using it it became clear people had a hard time hearing me no matter how I adjusted it or how loudly I spoke. |

If your the type that hates sticking things in your ear hole or wrapping things around your ear's exterior, especially driving, then this is your
best deal. If you just want to plug it into your phone and
stick on your head and carry on conversations clear and easy you can
not get a hands free that really works for less. I got three 8550 chocolates for free from Verizon with 2 year renewal so I could get common accessories in the household since its a pain having all these different accessories that don't match. Now I have the same car charger
and this Plantronics over-the-head headset in each of three cars to keep
us all legal here in California. With a soft headset pad over one ear, there is not problem sharing the headset no matter which car we are in. Plus, who wants the discomfort of a blue tooth wireless on a long trip making you look like some dork bork or share ear wax with plug headsets? The over-the-head plantronics is easy to pick up and toss on your head or set down when not needed. No special wireless set up required. Just plug the 2.5mm plug straight in your phone. Keeps it simple.
