Don't waste your time dealing with this mop and Tersano customer service.
This mop worked just fine the 1st few times I used it, then it stopped working.
Lotus sent a replacement, and I used it once without a problem, but it would not work the second time I tried it.
I appreciate the replacement, but I got a little bit of a run around with Tersano customer service.
It's a great idea just poorly made.
I'm searching for a mop that will actually work! |

| I'm surprised that this product made by Tersano, I have Tersano water system, and ozonater water lotus system, and they are great, but I can't say the same about this mop, you can hardly move it .... needs to be improved a.s.a.p. hard to picture that this product was made by Tersano. |

Like many other reviewers I was excited to find a mop that I didn't have to buy the manufacturers chemicals and pads. The mop worked well ONE TIME ONLY! The next time it wouldn't spray so I thought maybe the batteries were dead, so I replaced them with fresh ones. It still wouldn't work. I double checked to make sure I had inserted them correctly and one of the little springs that holds them secure broke off.
It is obviously very cheaply made and I feel ripped off. I do not recommend this mop.

| I Want to love my mop. It is great idea. It feels nice and sturdy and the cloth cover cleans so much more effectively than my Swiffer ever did. Unfortunately, it only works when IT wants to, not when I want it to and that's a huge problem. Sometimes it will spray nicely and I can zip through a room in a few minutes. Other times it just makes a sick whining sound and noting comes out at all. I've tried adjusting and even changing the batteries but it's just not helping. I hope that the company will make a more reliable version of this product. I would be happy to try it again once the issues are resolved. |

| I'm a HUGE fan of my Lotus sanitizing system so I had high hopes for this mop. So, I was pretty disappointed when my mop worked once and then died. The pump just gave out and quit spraying. I returned the mop and received a replacement. The second mop never worked at all!! The mop is simply poorly designed and there is some flaw that keeps the pump from functioning properly. I checked the manufacturer's website and even bought another package of new batteries before I returned the second mop for a refund. Very disappointing! |
