Bug Cake (Poppy Seed Pound Cake)1 butter recipe yellow cake mix 1/2 pint sour cream 1/4 cup granulated sugar 4 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 1/4 to 1/3 cup poppy seed Use about 8 charcoal briquettes under the Dutch oven, and 18 on top. Mix together all ingredients except poppy seed. After mixed, stir in the poppy seed, and pour batter into a 12-inch cast iron Dutch oven. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until done. Serves 10.
