Tartar sauce


Tartar Sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced sweet pickle
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon capers, minced (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, allowing flavors to blend.

Serve with baked, broiled or fried fish and seafood or salmon or tuna croquettes.

Makes 1 cup.
