Apricot brandy balls


Apricot Brandy Balls

2 cups butter or margarine
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 cups apricots, chopped
2 teaspoons apricot brandy
4 1/2 cups flour
Confectioners' sugar for dusting

Cream butter and sugar; add apricots and apricot brandy. Add flour, a small amount at a time. Roll into balls. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes; roll in confectioners' sugar while hot.
