White Chocolate Fondue1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating 1/2 cup half-and-half 2 tablespoons brandy Melt candy coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Gradually add half-and-half, stirring constantly until blended. Stir in brandy. Serve at room temperature with strawberries or assorted fruits. Yields 2 cups.
