Apricot Chicken


Apricot Chicken

1 fryer, cut up
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Coat chicken with flour; brown slowly in hot oil. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over chicken. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender, turning over once.
