Cornflake Meat Loaf


Cornflake Meat Loaf

2 pounds ground beef
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 egg
1 cup tomato soup or purée
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf; place in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Yields 6 servings.
