Easy Smoked Turkey

1 small to medium size turkey, fresh or thawed
2 quarts water
1 bottle Wright’s Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke

Mix water and liquid smoke for marinade. Place bird and marinade in large plastic bag. Leave for 24 hours. Remove turkey. Roast your favorite way.

I add a good dollop of liquid smoke as well as some maple syrup to a brine solution which a turkey or other poultry is soaked in for up to 24 hours.I grill the bird(s) on covered grill indirect charcoal heat untill done .The result is pretty good.
