This is especially good for lemon or chocolate meringue pies.

1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients well. Press into two 8- to 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Fill with any cooked filling.
